Guest Services Supervisor

We are looking for someone to assist the Team Leader with the daily supervision of the Front End/Guest Services Department while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • reconcile daily receipts/declare the day's business
  • supervise Front End team members
  • assist customers at Guest Services; resolve customer issues with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • assist Team Leader as needed
  • able to complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Candidates must:

  • maintain excellent cash handling standards
  • have some knowledge of the computer and abiility to learn new programs
  • be able to ring on a register and understand a POS system
  • be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • have good computer skills
  • be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift and carry up to 40 pounds
